Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have: Possession of a TGT qualification in Hindi or a related subject and a Bachelor’s degree in Education.
• Must-Have: Demonstrated experience in effective classroom management and instructional delivery.
• Must-Have: Strong command of the Hindi language, including grammar, literature, and effective communication skills.
• Must-Have: Ability to design and implement lesson plans and assessments that drive student achievement.
• Preferred: Additional certifications in education or specialized training in curriculum development.
• Preferred: Familiarity with leveraging educational technology tools to enhance classroom engagement.
