Position Title: TGT Hindi Teacher
Location: Joka, Kolkata
Qualification Required: Any Associate Degree (Bachelor’s or B.Ed. preferred)
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience Required: 2 to 3 years
Job Type: Full Time / Part Time (Both options available)

Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced TGT Hindi Teacher to join our academic team in Joka, Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Hindi language, effective classroom teaching skills, and the ability to connect with students from Grades 6 to 10.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Hindi language and literature to students in middle and high school
• Prepare and deliver lesson plans that meet curriculum standards
• Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills in Hindi
• Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
• Participate in school events, academic meetings, and parent-teacher conferences
• Coordinate with fellow teachers for academic planning and co-curricular activities

Requirements:

• Any Associate Degree (preferably in Hindi or Education)
• 2 to 3 years of teaching experience at the TGT level(5TH-10TH)
• Strong knowledge of Hindi grammar, vocabulary, and literature
• Familiarity with CBSE, ICSE, or State Board curriculum
• Effective classroom management and communication skills
• Basic computer skills and openness to using digital tools for teaching
