As the Hostel Superintendent you will be responsible for managing all aspects of hostel administration and student welfare. Your duties will include: Hostel Management: Oversee the overall administration and maintenance of hostel facilities, including rooms, common areas, and amenities. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security staff to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for students. Student Supervision: Supervise hostel wardens and other staff members to ensure smooth operations and adherence to hostel rules and regulations. Address student concerns, resolve conflicts, and provide support for students' academic and personal needs. Provide a nurturing environment where students feel safe and valued.
