Job Summary:
We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales growth of polymer yarn and textile products in Mumbai and beyond. You'll manage a team, drive business development, build key customer relationships, and strategize for market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales professionals for polymer yarn/textile sales
- Develop and execute sales strategies for growth in target markets
- Manage and nurture relationships with key customers and distributors
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Collaborate with marketing, production for aligned business growth
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of trends and competition
Key Qualifications:
- Graduate in relevant field (Textile, Polymer, Business, MBA preferred)
- 5-8 years experience in sales management, polymer/textile industry preferred
- Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, team management
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation skills
