Business Development Manager - Oncology Diagnostics

*Location:* Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Delhi, South Zone

*Experience:* 4-6 years

*Job Overview:*

We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in the oncology diagnostics market. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of relationships with oncologists, hospitals, and clinics, and a proven track record of business development in the healthcare industry.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the oncology diagnostics market

- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and expansion

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including oncologists, hospitals, and clinics

- Promote cutting-edge oncology diagnostic tests and services to healthcare professionals

- Achieve sales growth and exceed targets

- Provide scientific and economic insights to healthcare institutions and oncology practices

- Enhance the company's visibility and reputation in leading cancer centers and academic institutions

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent

- 4-6 years of experience in oncology or diagnostic sales

- Strong scientific understanding and ability to explain complex clinical studies

- Proven sales success and leadership record

- Strategic thinking and account-based selling approach

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

*Preferred Qualifications & Skills:*

- MBA / Master’s degree

- Experience in oncology or cancer care

- Strong network of relationships with oncologists and healthcare professionals

- Familiarity with oncology diagnostics and treatment guidelines
