Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related field from NIFT, NID, PEARL or other reputed design institutions (preferred).
Proven experience as a Textile Designer in the fashion industry with a minimum of 5-6 years, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative prowess and technical proficiency.
Expertise in textile & digital printing techniques, color theory, and pattern development.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant design software.
Strong conceptualization skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
