Techsysa is a fast-growing technology company providing innovative solutions in Website Development, Mobile Applications, E-commerce, ERP, CRM, and E-learning products. We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Testing Engineers (Freshers/Interns) to join our dynamic team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and create test cases accordingly.
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Identify, report, and track bugs or issues.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to ensure product quality.
• Assist in preparing test documentation and reports.
• Learn and support automation testing tools as required.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Knowledge of manual testing concepts (test cases, bug lifecycle, test plan).
• Familiarity with web & mobile application testing.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of any bug tracking tool (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Trello).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools (Selenium, Postman, etc.) is a plus.

Eligibility

• B.Tech / MCA / B.Sc (IT/CS) or related field.
• Fresh graduates or students in the final year can apply.
