You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of business applications through rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect analysis, and close collaboration with development and operations teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute UAT test scripts, ensuring traceability to requirements and design documents. Design, document, and implement test plans and test cases based on functional specifications. Conduct thorough reviews and inspections of functional requirements. Identify, analyze, and track software defects. Perform manual testing, API testing, and mobile application testing. Interact with SQL databases to validate test data and results. Provide training and support to end-users and operations teams. Ensure timely and accurate defect tracking, reporting, and management. Technical Skills Required Manual Testing API Testing using Postman SQL and database interaction Mobile Application Testing Test Preparation and Execution in business applications Experience with Premia and related Integration systems Knowledge of Quality Management Processes Understanding of software development lifecycle and defect resolution Behavioral Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills Analytical and problem-solving mindset Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines High attention to detail and a quality-driven approach Strong organizational and multitasking skills Capable of thinking abstractly and identifying non-obvious defects Preferred Qualifications Experience in short-term insurance domain Proven track record of successful project delivery in a team environment Show more Show less
