Test Manager

Purpose of the role The operating model of AGS is designed to provide more value-added services to its customers. The Purpose of this role is to ensure: o Business requirements are correctly planned/estimated/tested. o Ensure there are no gaps in understanding of dev/test teams. o Defect free release The key attribute of this role is to act as a bridge between business and dev/test team
Qualifications Preferred Engineering Graduate and Professionally qualified from recognised university and discipline. Expert on Agile methodology and SCRUM Good knowledge of JIRA 10-15 years of experience with at least 5 years in managing complex deliveries Experience on both manual and automation testing Extensive Knowledge of Virtuoso automation testing tool. Knowledge of use of AI for workflow automation for testing Skills and Knowledge Part of large test programs (both manual and automation) in past UK Insurance domain knowledge would be preferable Sound, high level project planning skills. Relationship building skills. Persuasive and articulate, able to influence, negotiate and manage conflict at a senior level. Strong & Effective Communication Skills Experience About 10-15 years of experience with at least 5 years in managing complex deliveries Used to working to deadlines and budgets. Need to be able to (Behaviours) o Assess personal impact in business and technical discussions at all levels. o Be resilient to challenge from senior levels whilst building and maintaining relationships. o Be resilient given the complexity of the operation. o Be culturally sensitive. o Be a strong team player.
