Business Talent Partner – Service Delivery Management: This role will be instrumental in driving business success by ensuring a consistent supply of top-tier talent. Given the high-volume talent demands, this role will focus to proactively build a robust talent pipeline at optimal costs to customer commitments for every project. This will directly impact on our revenue, business continuity and key business metrics. Key actions include: • Lead high-volume talent demands and drive fulfilment across all projects. Drive scalable talent acquisition strategies. Drive large-scale recruitment, attract, on-board and prepare talent in line with the dynamic business demands. • Optimize and refine talent processes for high-volume management including RRF processes, Quest process, skills taxonomy, proficiency assessments, and training programs. • Optimize and lead Bench Management proactively for deployment readiness, minimizing down-time and seizing business opportunities. • Spearhead Campus Hiring to attract young, high-potential talent for long-term growth. • Young Talent Factory ownership – Onboarding – Training – OJT – Billed Deployment – Confirmation • Drive Data-driven insights to drive talent demand, supply metrics in line with the Talent Strategy that encompasses both the Talent Partners. Ensure unified and data-driven approach to talent management and provide consolidated reports on strategic talent priorities.
