Technical Skills
Strong in performance Engineering not just performance testing, should be capable of finding root cause with code. Very strong in JMETER tool, should be capable to create own custom functions. Good in Java application performance testing Strong experience in Database performance fine tuning Should have good understand of message queue architecture Strong experience in using APM /monitoring tools usage like Appdynamics / Splunk Hands-on experience In GC Analysis, Heap and Thread Dumps Strong understanding in designing Work Load Modelling (WLM) Should have experience in working in Agile environment, good to have implemented Continuous performance testingCertifications Needed
