We are seeking an experienced Testing Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of both our frontend interfaces and backend API services. You will design comprehensive test strategies, automate test suites across the stack, validate system performance, and help establish gold-standard QA practices integrated into our CI/CD workflows.

Key Roles

• Perform functional, integration, regression, and contract testing for FastAPI/Django backend services.

• Test frontend applications built with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks for UI correctness, UX flows, and browser compatibility.

• Build and maintain automated test suites using Pytest, unittest, Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Postman, and REST Assured.

• Conduct load, stress, and performance testing using Locust, JMeter, or K6 to validate system scalability.

• Collaborate with frontend/backend engineers to identify defects, maintain test coverage, and ensure consistent delivery quality.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments and faster release cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed test plans, cases, and scripts for APIs, microservices, and UI workflows.

• Set up and maintain end-to-end testing frameworks across frontend and backend.

• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device testing for all major environments.

• Create API mocks/stubs and test environments for reliable reproducibility.

• Analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations.

• Drive QA best practices—automation-first, consistent documentation, and CI-integrated QA workflows.

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in full-stack software testing (Frontend + Backend).

• Strong proficiency in Python for backend test automation and experience testing FastAPI/Django services.

• Hands-on experience with frontend testing frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or Jest.

• Good understanding of UI testing, user flows, browser dev tools, and accessibility checks.

• Experience with performance/load testing tools (Locust, JMeter, K6).

• Familiarity with CI/CD systems and integrating automated test suites.
