Test Automation Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Designing TA solutions which are maintainable, extensible, modular & follow good industry practices.
• Design and implement high quality, reusable and scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile API and desktop applications.
• Promote adoption of AI driven testing tools and methodologies where applicable.
• Creating and maintaining TA frameworks, TA solutions which can be used by all/many projects & programs with TA across a company
• Identifying the best-fit languages, TA frameworks, TA tools, data input and output methods/types for a project or program TA solution
• Lead and manage the testing team to ensure the successful implementation of automation testing strategies and design robust automation frameworks.
• Collaborate on test case design for comprehensive coverage.
• Ensure correct test environments are setup and ready.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Oversee test execution, monitor results, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
• Identify data requirements and ensure availability of test data.
• Establish governance processes for consistency.
• Maintain documentation and follow compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Automated Testing. - Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as TOSCA and test management tool like ALM.
• Solid knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
• Experience working as a test automation architect in a testing / quality function for SAP / ERP landscape.
