Specialist Date 01/10/2025 Department ITG Location: Bengaluru Business Line / Function Real Estate Reports To (Direct) Manager ITG Real Estate BNPP ISPL Grade (if applicable) (Functional) Number Of Direct Reports 1 Directorship / Registration NA Position Purpose The Test Automation Specialist is responsible for designing, programming, simulating and testing automated machinery and processes to complete exact tasks, He/ She Is Involved in design and maintenance of automated systems and processes to ensure efficiency and quality Contribute to the production of the testing strategy Direct Responsibilities Design and develop automated systems and processes Program and troubleshoot existing equipment and machinery Monitor automated processes, providing regular reports on performance and progress Identify issues with efficiency or safety and propose solutions Ensure all automated processes adhere to standards for safety, functionality and productivity Perform system checks and oversee preventive maintenance Collaborate with teams to understand their processes and needs, then design automation solutions to fit Advice on the choice of automation tool Stay updated on the latest industry trends, bests practices technology and automation practices The testing activity currently uses the tools in place within BNPP Real Estate (Jira, MS Dynamics CRM, Test suite UI Path,) Contributing Responsibilities Contribute to the production of the test strategy Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance the overall delivery quality, Participate in the design and implementation of test automation frameworks and tools, Technical & Behavioral Competencies Business And/or Technical Skills Proven experience in an automation role Strong experience with PLC programming and robotic systems such as Selenium / Playwright / Cypress and also Jira, MS Dynamics CRM, Test suite UI Path Capacity to switch from one tool to another Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes, Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems and perform complex system tests Ability to appropriate the principles of functional, application and technical architecture of the contexts addressed ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus, Specific Qualifications Knowledge in FRENCH will be an added advantage Nice to have: experience with EasyRepro
