Job Summary: The TCS BaNcs Test Analyst is responsible for executing and managing testing activities related to the TCS BaNcs banking software platform. The role involves understanding business requirements, developing test cases, executing tests, identifying defects, and ensuring the quality and reliability of banking solutions. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test cases. Execute functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to resolve issues. Perform regression testing for major updates or fixes. Maintain detailed test documentation and reports. Support test environment setup and configuration. Participate in test planning, review, and defect triage meetings. Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in testing banking applications, preferably TCS BaNcs. Strong understanding of banking processes and financial products. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools. Knowledge of SQL for database testing. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
