Job Description

Trouble shooting of the electronic problems at its component level
Ensure all NABL related activities are followed & completed on time. Maintain all records related to machines. Maintaining calibration equipment, other tools in good condition to operate & standard calibrator Calibrating timely Follow up with the service sales executive to get the timely submission of spares, consumables and accessory proposal to the customers Generate & convert enquiries into the PO for upgrade of testing machines, Manage all the administrative operations including preparation of the High Value enquiry Quotations, Vendor Purchase Orders & Costing Sheets Providing the Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Service projection of booking & billing orders

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the timely completion of Installation and commissioning. Develop customer relationships for long term engagements. Concentrate on Growth and Profitability to the organization.
Servicing and Installation of Environmental test chambers. Assist sales team for pre-sales technical and product demonstrations. Assist the team to ensure on-time product/solution delivery to the customers. Thorough with the product/system specifications and its applications, Operation and Repair
