Job Description

As a Territory Sales Officer/Executive in the Bakery & Foodservice department, your main role will be to promote concept selling through premixes to bakeries and other outlets. This involves identifying customers, demonstrating products, and explaining consistency and convenience to them. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets for your area, including value/volume objectives and distribution targets in line with sales policies and strategies. - Call on nominated customers as per the agreed work state, with a cost-effective journey plan. - Prepare a monthly plan for specified customers to achieve volume targets by product group and extend product distribution in potential customers. - Ensure all receivables are in accordance with the company's credit policy. - Have an accurate understanding of the importance of major territory outlets by product group and organize an effective admin system. - Develop knowledge of the B&FS market, arrange and implement demonstrations/exhibitions, and ensure agreed promotions are fully implemented. Qualifications Required: - Graduate, preferably with a background in Hotel Management. - 1 to 2 years of selling experience, preferably in B2B/concept selling or the Hospitality industry. - Exposure in distributor handling. - Knowledge of the Food/Catering/Baking industry, the territory to be covered, and the local language. The preferred language for the job is English, and a willingness to travel up to 25% is preferred. The work location is in person.
