Role Summary

The Sales Officer will be responsible for market development, dealer management, product promotion, and achieving sales targets in the Coimbatore region. This role requires strong field presence, regular interaction with farmers and channel partners, and execution of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for all agri-input categories.
• Drive product-wise growth across fertilizer, mulch films, seeds, drip irrigation, and other agri solutions.
• Expand dealer/distributor network in assigned taluks/blocks.

2. Market Development

• Conduct farmer meetings, demo plots, field visits, and campaign activities.
• Identify new market opportunities and collect competitive intelligence.
• Map district → block → village-level crop patterns and product demand.

3. Dealer Management

• Appoint new dealers where gaps exist.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and ensure timely supply, payment follow-up, and order planning.
• Support dealers with promotions, training, and product knowledge.

4. Field Activities & Reporting

• Visit farmers routinely to understand needs and promote solutions.
• Collect and report weekly data: market potential, competitor activities, pricing, and monthly forecasts.
• Submit daily field reporting through ZOHO CRM (or company system).

5. Customer Support

• Provide technical guidance on usage, dosage, and application methods.
• Handle farmer or dealer complaints and coordinate with HO for solutions.

• Ability to maintain dealer relations
• Basic mobile application/CRM usage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
