Junior Agronomist

• Oversee daily farm operations, ensuring adherence to organic farming guidelines.
• Develop and implement effective crop rotation, soil fertility management, and organic pest control strategies.
• Experience in Irrigation systems and Greenhouse cultivation
• Good Understanding on Fertiliser and Pesticide management
• Monitor soil health, irrigation systems, and plant growth to enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with organic certification requirements and regulatory standards.
• Maintain detailed records of farm activities, including input usage, crop performance, and environmental conditions.
• Supervise farm workers, providing guidance and training on best agricultural practices.
• Conduct field research and trials to improve organic farming methods.
• Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for farm operations.
• Collaborate with suppliers, buyers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth farm operations.
• Implement sustainability measures to minimize environmental impact.
