Territory Sales Manager

Würfel is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive business growth by generating strong relationships with architects, interior designers & studio partner. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the modular industry and design fraternity and construction industry, excellent networking skills, and a proven ability to influence key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and specifiers to promote modular kitchen, wardrobes, vanities and Tv units.

2. Identify business opportunities and collaborate with design professionals to integrate our offerings into their projects.

3. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to architects and designers, highlighting value propositions.

4. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to develop strategic business plans.

5. Work closely with the studio sales teams to ensure alignment with business conversion.

6. Manage and expand the client base within the assigned territory.

7. Negotiate and finalise closures with clients in collaboration with internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

 • Experience in relevant industry, e.g., Modular kitchen and wardrobes, building materials, furniture, lighting, etc.

 • Familiarity with Architect and Interiors fraternity Sales.

Languages - Proficiency in English, Hindi and local language in mandatory.

Experience - 4 to 8 years
