Job Description (JD) Position: Territory Sales Manager (TSM) Headquarters (HQ): Cochin / Ernakulam Area Coverage: Thrissur, Kottayam, Palakkad Industry: CSSD Products, Hospital Hygiene & Infection Control Experience: 4–8 years (Hospital sales mandatory) ______________ Role Overview We are looking for an energetic and experienced Territory Sales Manager based in Cochin, responsible for managing sales and business development across Thrissur, Kottayam, and Palakkad. The candidate must have strong experience in CSSD products, hygiene solutions, and established hospital contacts in Kerala. ______________ Key Responsibilities Sales & Market Development • Promote and sell CSSD Surgical Dressings, sterilization Reels & consumables, and hospital hygiene products. • Develop new hospital accounts across Thrissur, Kottayam, and Palakkad. • Achieve territory sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual). • Drive product penetration in corporate, private, and key nursing homes. Customer Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with: o CSSD departments o Biomedical engineers o Infection control committees o OT & Nursing departments o Purchase managers • Conduct product demos, presentations, and in-service training programs. • , and sales forecasts. Required Qualifications & Skills • 4–8 years of experience in: o CSSD products o Infection control & hygiene products o Medical equipment/consumables • Strong hospital network in Cochin, Thrissur, Kottayam, and Palakkad. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Self-driven and target-focused with the ability to work independently. • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. • Degree/Diploma in Biomedical, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field. ______________ Preferred Candidate Profile • Experience with CSSD manufacturers/distributors or infection control product companies. • Understanding of hospital procurement and tender processes. • Proven ability to develop new markets and handle key hospital accounts.
