As a Business Development Manager for the designated territory, your role involves collating the business database, identifying the ideal customer base, creating a value matrix, strategizing the sales funnel, and conducting ground work activities to set up the sales function effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in identifying the ideal customer base to facilitate prospecting and lead generation. - Create a value matrix and strategize the sales funnel for the product in the territory. - Build a business database within the stipulated time limit. - Conduct ground work activities to establish the sales function. - Execute the collection of monthly MOP of Paint Majors from key Dealers. - Shortlist prospective Tinting Machines outlets and Franchise Stores. - Perform credit risk assessment of every dealer. - Gather benchmark data on credit terms from Paint Majors and inventory management practices. - Build and lead a strong team of DDEs. - Present monthly trade schemes of Paint Majors and develop monthly dashboards. - Drive attainment of all sales targets and value volume targets for the year. - Lead the achievement of Numeric and Weighted Reach Target of the territory. - Take ownership of Tinting machines across the territory. - Drive performance of trade schemes and on-ground promotions. - Manage and engage all dealers within the territory. - Engage in cross-functional liaison within the organization. Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proven experience in sales and business development. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. - Knowledge of credit risk assessment and inventory management. - Experience in team management and leadership. - Understanding of trade schemes and promotional activities. - Cross-functional interaction experience with various stakeholders.,
