Job Title: Territory Sales Head – Cosmetics Industry Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Industry: Cosmetics / Personal Care Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 5+ years (Mandatory in Cosmetics Industry) Key Responsibilities: Handle channel sales operations across the Mumbai territory Appoint and manage distributors and stockists to ensure product availability Strengthen the distribution network and expand the retail footprint Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Monitor and analyze sales data to drive strategic decisions Develop strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and field teams Conduct regular market visits to assess performance and gather feedback Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and HO teams for smooth execution Candidate Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in cosmetics or personal care sales Proven experience in channel sales, distribution setup, and stockist management Strong network and market knowledge in the Mumbai region Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Ability to work independently and meet performance goals Willingness to travel within the assigned territory How to Apply Share your Updated Resume on below mentioned details.
