Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Territory Sales Manager located on-site in Ludhiana. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and training sales personnel. Day-to-day tasks will include overseeing sales operations, meeting sales targets, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong Sales and Sales Management experience
• Ability to train and develop sales personnel
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the healthcare or hearing aid industry is a plus
