Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager, located in Ranchi. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's sales efforts within the assigned territory. Daily tasks include building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, training sales staff, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing sales operations. Regular site visits and interactions with DBOs to enhance productivity and drive growth will also be essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to provide effective Training and lead sales teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory
• Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
