Job Summary

Territory Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting monthly and annual sales targets (both volume and value), identifying market opportunities, and executing strategies to counter competitor activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve

    monthly and annual sales targets

    for assigned territory and product category.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert

    new business opportunities and leads

    into active accounts.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy

    sales pipeline

    of key projects across the territory.
  • Engage with key accounts to promote both

    standard and bespoke products

  • Monitor and report

    competitive activity

    , including promotions, pricing trends, and market shifts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Application, Marketing) to introduce

    new products or concepts

  • Build and strengthen the

    brand image

    in the polyurethane footwear and institutional markets.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide

    technical support and solutions

  • Ensure smooth coordination and follow-ups for

    distributor/channel partner development

  • Frequent travel within the assigned territory to ensure proper

    market coverage and implementation

    of sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6-8 years

    of experience in chemical sales, preferably in

    polyurethane systems or footwear segment

  • Proven track record of

    territory development and client management

  • Strong understanding of

    Bahadurgarh and Delhi markets

    is highly desirable.
  • Capable of providing

    basic technical guidance

    to clients.
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

    travel frequently

    within the region.
