Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Stryker Global Technology Center Pvt Ltd, located in the Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical/Clinical Research industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a proven track record of success in driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and expand market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth.
Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales management with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong understanding of the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or clinical research industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with sales data analysis and CRM software is an asset.
