Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Territory Sales Manager, located on-site in Mandya. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and managing customer relationships within the designated territory. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, training and supervising sales teams, managing customer service interactions, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for providing regular sales reports and analyses to the management team.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Ability to train and supervise sales teams
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Mandya
