Territory Sales Manager

As a Territory Sales Manager for Malappuram & Calicut, you will be responsible for overseeing sales and business development activities in the two districts. Your primary focus will be on managing and expanding the existing client base while also attracting new customers. It is essential to achieve sales targets on a district-wise basis and ensure timely collections to support business growth. Your role will involve building and nurturing strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and distributors within the region. Regular field visits will be necessary to monitor market trends, competitor movements, and gather valuable insights. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare reports, forecasts, and market strategies to drive sales performance effectively. To excel in this position, you should possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, specifically within the Technical / Electrical Products industry. A total of 10 years of overall experience is required, with a solid background in field sales and client management. Ideal candidates will hold an MBA in Marketing/Sales or a B.E/B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE). Key skills for success in this role include a strong technical understanding of Electrical Products, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. You must demonstrate the capacity to independently lead sales growth initiatives and be willing to engage in extensive fieldwork to achieve desired outcomes.
