Territory Sales Manager

You will be joining Red Wolf Info Tech Pvt Ltd, a rapidly growing technology-driven company, empowering mobile retailers and finance institutions with secure EMI recovery solutions. The company's product, T-Cops, is India's leading digital EMI recovery solution designed to safeguard mobile handset financing through smart locking systems integrated with smartphones. Your role as a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will involve managing and growing territory sales by onboarding retailers and engaging partners. You will be responsible for developing channel relationships across mobile dealers, DSA, and NBFCs, ensuring effective implementation and activation of the T-Cops product at the store level. Furthermore, you will need to train retailers and partners on product usage, benefits, and the EMI recovery process, monitor performance metrics, meet monthly activation and revenue targets, handle escalations, provide seamless support to partners, conduct regular market visits, perform competitor analysis, and report feedback. To excel in this role, you should have 2-5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in Fintech, Telecom, or Mobile Sales. You should possess a strong understanding of channel sales and dealer management, the ability to meet sales targets, build strong partner relationships, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and be willing to travel extensively across the assigned territory. A graduate in any discipline is required, with an MBA being preferred.
