Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
2. Increase the width and depth of distribution of company products as per agreed norms and targets
3. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
4. Build appropriate distribution network by regularly visiting the market
5. Handle multiple sales-channels retail, modern trade, wholesale, institutional and ensure monthly increasing revenues and product placement and promote company's brands.
6. Lead, train, guide and motivate a team of Frontline Sales Force (SOs/ISRs), and ensure they meet their monthly targets.
7. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
8. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
9. Liaison with Supply Chain Team to ensure availability of products
10. Conduct timely and structured review of the team
11. Manage recruiting, objectives setting, mentoring , training and performance monitoring of sales team
