Warehouse Lead

Job Description: Role: Lead west Region Supply chain and ownership for Logistics & Customer Service Implementation for effective logistics and improve region efficiency on stock management to support business volume Drive the Productivity & Saving agenda for the Regional Logistics in Secondary Freight and Warehousing Work with the Central Supply Planning to ensure service level Drive Logistics Quality and Compliance (regulatory - Statutory, Legal) agenda in the warehouse. Responsibilities: Lead Supply Chain Costs for the Region and identify saving opportunities. Monitor and action C&FA-wise service level and performance parameters. Collaborate with supply chain planning to ensure the right stocks and manage service level Review and manage the age of stocks and drive productivity in Damage/ Expiry/ Repacking / Insurance/ Quality hold etc End-to-end coordination with Supply planners at Plant and HQ, and ensure optimum cost Warehousing productivity projects at C&FA for improved space utilization Monitor FG Ageing and Stales at Warehouse and resolve issues with Demand planner to ensure no write off Managing and leading Warehouse start-up, relocations Ensure Warehousing Hygiene/Compliances & Statutory as per SOP Ensure Secondary Vehicle Utilisation as per Targets. Warehouse hygiene and SOPs adherence Work on daily and weekly forecast accuracy to impact skew and service levels Handle Modern Trade / E-commerce Supply Chain for the Region along with MT/E-commerce liaison with HO Handle Rake Operations (End to End) at all locations in Region Handle Warehousing & Secondary Freight productivity projects and deliver Savings Target Ensure Billing & Execution from the Warehouse as per SOP and Targets. Education Qualification required Any Graduate/ MBA (preferred) Key Skills and Attitude Required Should be well aware of warehouse management procedures policies. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Must possess good communication skills. Should be good at Microsoft Excel. Experience Must have 4-6 years of experience as a Warehouse executive. Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
