Job Description

As a Territory Sales Manager Corporate & Institutions, your primary responsibility is to drive sales growth by acquiring and managing corporate and institutional clients in the designated territory of Hyderabad, Goa, Gujarat, Chennai, and Mumbai (Hybrid). You are required to leverage your strong relationship management skills, strategic sales planning abilities, and execution capabilities to expand the market reach. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential corporate and institutional clients using various lead generation strategies such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach. - Research and analyze market trends to develop a robust pipeline of new business opportunities. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting corporate clients, institutions, and bulk buyers for the products. - Generate and qualify leads through market intelligence and business prospecting. Sales & Client Relationship Management: - Convert leads into long-term business relationships by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions. - Engage regularly with existing clients to ensure repeat business and enhance customer satisfaction. - Conduct meetings and travel to client sites for product demonstrations, presentations, and discussions on potential business opportunities. - Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback effectively to establish strong partnerships. Negotiation & Contract Management: - Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and business agreements with corporate and institutional clients. - Ensure timely closure of deals and maintain proper documentation of contracts. Market & Competitor Analysis: - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead in the industry. - Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing sales strategies and product offerings. Sales Reporting & Coordination: - Manage an updated database of leads, prospects, and client interactions. - Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management. - Coordinate with internal teams like product development, supply chain, and marketing for the smooth execution of orders. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in corporate sales, institutional sales, or B2B sales, preferably in the sportswear/activewear industry. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to effectively build and manage client relationships. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within the designated territory of Hyderabad, Goa, Gujarat, Chennai, and Mumbai (Hybrid).,
