Job Summary:

We are seeking a result-driven Territory Manager with experience in school/education sales to manage and grow business in the assigned region. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and a good network in the school segment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard schools, institutions, and educational partners in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with school decision-makers (principals, trustees, management) - Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and drive revenue growth - Conduct product demos, presentations, and workshops at schools - Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence - Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and post-sales support - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and generate reports regularly-Participate in education fairs, events, and marketing campaigns Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in education or school sales - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to travel within the assigned territory - Proven track record of achieving targets and building client relationships - Self-motivated with strong planning and time management abilities
