Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Territory Sales Incharge based in Ludhiana. The Territory Sales Incharge will be responsible for managing and growing sales within their designated territory. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining and expanding customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and conducting training sessions as needed. Some work-from-home arrangements are acceptable, allowing for flexibility in work location.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Sales Management experience
• Ability to conduct Training sessions
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow market share
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in the manufacturing or power transmission industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
