We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to oversee and drive sales growth in the assigned region. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in apparel/clothing sales , retailer network management, and territory expansion. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Appoint new retailers, distributors, and channel partners in the region. Manage relationships with existing retailers to ensure repeat orders. Conduct market visits to understand customer demand, trends, and competitor activity. Ensure proper display, branding, and visibility of products at retail counters. Track sales performance, inventory, and order booking regularly. Train retailers and sales staff on product knowledge. Plan and execute promotional activities and product launches. Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution. Submit sales reports, territory updates, and market insights to management. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred (MBA added advantage). 3+ years of experience in clothing/apparel/garments sales . Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong retailer/distributor network in the region. Must be self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive. Ability to travel extensively within the territory. Good knowledge of market trends, fabrics, and apparel categories.
