TSM – Territory Sales Manager (NoBroker) Job Role & Responsibilities* Role Overview: A Territory Sales Manager (TSM) at NoBroker is responsible for managing field sales activities, driving revenue, handling customer interactions, and ensuring smooth execution of services within a specific territory. Key Responsibilities:1. Field Sales & Lead ManagementMeet customers in the assigned territory and explain NoBroker services. Convert leads into sales through effective communication and negotiation. Visit property owners, tenants, or buyers as required for service explanation. 2. Revenue & Target AchievementAchieve monthly sales targets for subscription packages/services. Drive revenue growth in the assigned territory. 3. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong customer relationships. Handle customer queries and provide solutions on time. 4. Territory ManagementManage daily field visits and plan travel routes efficiently. Report daily activities, visits, and sales updates to the manager. 5. Coordination & SupportCoordinate with internal teams for service activation. Ensure customer onboarding is smooth and timely. Requirements: 1–4 years of field sales experience. Good communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to work on field. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred). Understanding of real estate sales is a plus.
