Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Incharge, located in Ludhiana. The Territory Sales Incharge will be responsible for managing and driving sales within the assigned territory, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, and training sales representatives. Daily tasks include monitoring sales performance, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Sales and Sales Management
Ability to provide effective Training to sales representatives
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Proven track record in building and maintaining customer relationships
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage
