Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appoint and onboard

    new LPG distributors / dealers

    in the assigned territory

  • Monitor and drive monthly sales targets through channel partners

  • Ensure cylinder stock availability, supply chain coordination, and timely replenishment

  • Identify high-potential markets and create a roadmap for expanding dealer footprint

  • Promote

    domestic and commercial LPG cylinder

    usage in homes, small businesses, eateries, etc.

  • Ensure dealers follow all statutory norms related to

    storage, handling, and distribution of LPG

  • Facilitate mandatory safety audits and awareness programs for end users

  • Train dealers and their teams on

    product knowledge, customer service, and safe handling

    of LPG

  • Support branding and promotional initiatives at the dealer and consumer level

  • Address consumer grievances escalated through channel partners

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and support service-level improvements.
