Job Description

About the Role:

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of fast-moving life science consumables within the assigned territory. This role focuses on executionmanaging distributor relationships, generating demand, meeting revenue targets, and supporting the market expansion of the new Consumables Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cover the target customers with effective product promotion & achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Generate new business opportunities through effective territory management.
  • Taking responsibility for accurate forecasting, maintaining leads, and up-to-date opportunity information on the CRM database.
  • Remain up to date with technology, new projects, market development and competitor’s offering.

Qualification and Experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any Science stream (B.Sc / Life Sciences).
  • 5 years of sales experience in fast-moving life sciences consumables, laboratory equipment, and plasticware.
  • Experience working with distributors/channel partners is a must.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills.
