Role Overview: You are being hired as a Territory Lead (Sales) for a leading B2B intelligence and platform company based in Pune. As a Territory Leader - Sales, you will be responsible for end-to-end sales experience, including full sales cycle ownership, with a focus on international sales beyond APAC. Your expertise in consultative selling or growth consulting is crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Sell revenue growth for enterprise clients by devising high-growth strategies to manage client expectations and maximize conversion and contract values. - Run deals from end to end, with a high aspiration to grow alongside clients as they expand. - Lead a vertical business for a specific geography (North America / Europe & RoW) and build a team of sellers from scratch, scaling the business. Qualification Required: - 7+ years of experience in B2B Sales in Research (Market research) and Consulting Companies. - Strong belief in a 10x growth mindset and passion to achieve significant growth for clients. - Proven track record of ensuring teams exceed quotas and building business run rate with high IQ / EQ Sales teams using a consultative approach. - Willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute in a start-up culture with an intent to Play to Win.,
