Territory Sales Lead

As a Territory Lead (Sales) at our leading B2B intelligence and platform company based in Pune, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team with a focus on driving revenue growth for our enterprise clients. Initially based in Pune for 46 months, this position will transition to a remote role thereafter. We welcome candidates who are open to relocating to Pune for the initial onsite period. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the sales territory, with a key emphasis on end-to-end sales experience and full ownership of the sales cycle. We are seeking individuals with a background in international sales beyond APAC, coupled with a proven track record in consultative selling or growth consulting. To be successful in this position, you should have at least 7 years of experience in B2B Sales within Research (Market research) and Consulting Companies. A strong belief in a 10x growth mindset, coupled with a passion for achieving growth for our clients, is essential. You must have demonstrated expertise in ensuring that teams exceed quotas and possess a history of building business run rate with high IQ / EQ Sales teams using a consultative approach. As the Territory Lead, your key responsibilities will include selling revenue growth for our enterprise clients by devising high-growth strategies to manage client expectations and maximize conversion and contract values. You will be expected to run deals from start to finish, with a focus on growing alongside clients as they expand. Additionally, you will lead a vertical business for a specific geography (North America / Europe & RoW) and be tasked with building and scaling a team of sellers from the ground up.
