Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive located in Ludhiana, with some flexibility for work from home. The Executive will be responsible for managing daily operations, communication with clients, overseeing production schedules, and ensuring quality control. Additional responsibilities include maintaining documentation, analyzing market trends, and supporting business development efforts.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in operations management and quality control
Ability to analyze market trends and contribute to business development
Proficient in maintaining documentation and organization
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Technical knowledge of V-belts and power transmission products is a plus
