Job Description

As a Territory Sales Incharge in the FMCG industry, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Achieving Sales Targets: - You will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Ensuring that both secondary sales and primary billing targets are met. - Channel & Distribution Management: - Managing existing distributors and appointing new ones based on market potential. - Ensuring proper stock availability and timely order booking. - Monitoring distributor performance, ROI, and resolving operational issues. - Retailer Relationship Management: - Building strong relationships with key retailers to ensure product visibility and availability. - Planning and executing trade schemes and promotional activities. - Market Development: - Identifying new market opportunities and expanding retail footprint. - Collecting and analyzing market intelligence such as competitor activities and pricing. - Reporting & MIS: - Maintaining accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback. - Submitting timely reports on sales performance, stock status, and territory updates. - Team Coordination: - Coordinating with internal teams including logistics, marketing, and finance to ensure smooth operations. - Guiding and supporting Sales Promoters / DSRs if applicable. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business. - Proven experience in channel sales / territory management. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player. - Knowledge of the local market and language is a plus. Experience: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the food & dairy division. Please note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the specified location.,
