Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Executive based in Patna. The Territory Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting the company’s product portfolio. Key responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, monitoring competitor activities, and providing regular feedback to support business growth strategies. The role requires effective communication and organizational skills to ensure optimal customer engagement and market coverage.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and clients
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is advantageous
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in science, pharmacy, business, or a related field is preferred
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required
