Role description Job Profile: • Market & Customer understanding of Enterprise /ERP /CAD /CAE /PLM /MES solutions. • Working towards Quarterly & Annual targets • Establish new business and grow in existing accounts and territories assigned • Maintain a healthy pipeline across different product mix • Plan and lead meetings with key stake holders of prospects/customers & Principle organizations • Own End to End Sales cycle (Order to Cash) • Establish Strong customer Relationship and establish multiple contact points. • Apply a consultative approach to uncover customer needs, • Maintain accurate records & Account Plan (specially for large acounts), Proposals, Presentations etc • Forecasting of customer requirements, problems, pain areasSkills Required: • Self-motivated and targets driven • Proven work experience in all phases of Business Development cycles, including prospecting and lead generation, presentations, negotiations and closing • The ability to influence and negotiate with others • Familiar with CRM systems • Ensure qualification & forecasting of opportunities with excellent negotiation & closing skills • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback • Excellent communication & Team work Show more Show less
