Job Profile: Market & Customer understanding of Enterprise /ERP /CAD /CAE /PLM /MES solutions. Working towards Quarterly & Annual targets Establish new business and grow in existing accounts and territories assigned Maintain a healthy pipeline across different product mix Plan and lead meetings with key stake holders of prospects/customers & Principle organizations Own End to End Sales cycle (Order to Cash) Establish Strong customer Relationship and establish multiple contact points. Apply a consultative approach to uncover customer needs, Maintain accurate records & Account Plan (specially for large acounts), Proposals, Presentations etc Forecasting of customer requirements, problems, pain areasSkills Required: Self-motivated and targets driven Proven work experience in all phases of Business Development cycles, including prospecting and lead generation, presentations, negotiations and closing The ability to influence and negotiate with others Familiar with CRM systems Ensure qualification & forecasting of opportunities with excellent negotiation & closing skills Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Excellent communication & Team work
