The company serves 26 campuses, 50,000 students, 72 hospitals with 30,000 beds, and operates 28 processing units across 21 locations nationwide. Key Responsibilities: 1. Site Management: Oversee the daily operations at all sites, including Central Processing Units (CPU) and campuses located around Kochi. 2. Collaboration with Laundry Manager: Work closely with the Laundry Manager to ensure smooth CPU operations. 3. Client Relations: Regularly meet with clients to maintain strong relationships, address concerns, and resolve any issues that may arise. 4. Reporting: Ensure that Management Information System (MIS) reports are submitted on time to the corporate office. 5. Site Preparation & Compliance: Conduct pre-installation assessments and liaise with local authorities to ensure compliance with all necessary regulations. 6. Coordination with Engineering Team: Collaborate with the engineering team for site installations and the ongoing preventive maintenance of all sites. 7. Energy Management: Monitor and ensure that energy consumption remains within prescribed limits, promoting efficiency. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a similar role Experience in Healthcare, Hospitality, Chemical or Laundry industry will be preferred.
