Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing business growth and sales, ensuring exceptional service delivery, handling complaint management, asset management, training and development of painters and team, as well as liaising with service providers for overall team management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the Services Portfolio to create value for the Business - Develop the Business with respect to Booked Number of Sites & Value from leads and improve Customer Referral Contribution - Create and drive awareness of the various services on ground by BTL activations - Analyse Average Site Value, Average Paintable Area, Interior/Exterior Site Ratio to create action plans for improvement - Liaison with the ASM for sales level initiatives - Ensure local lead generation - Create exceptional Consumer Experience for end-to-end painting service - Conduct Site Evaluation Audit of prepainting & WIP sites - Regularly track, monitor, and enhance NPS Scores - Ensure adherence to SOPs & policies by the team - Own the end-to-end responsibility of driving the painting services portfolio - Manage the Complaints team to ensure timely investigation and resolution of customer complaints - Maintain an inventory of all assets including Tools, Implements, and Painting Material - Ensure safety gears are used on all exterior sites and conduct regular equipment condition checks - Manage training and development of painters and team members - Recruit, enroll, and evaluate Painter Cells as per demand - Manage recruitment, training, and reporting for the team - Drive people management initiatives and conduct performance reviews regularly Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in sales, service delivery, complaint management, and team management - Strong analytical skills and ability to create action plans for improvement - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of inventory management and training development processes - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and drive business growth - Certification in asset management or related field would be a plus (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description.),
