Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Territory Manager. The Territory Manager will manage and develop sales within an assigned geographical area, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with the marketing team to implement strategies, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely support and follow-ups.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in market research and analysis
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the adhesive or chemical industry is a plus
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
